




Q: What is RnR Fitness?
A: RnR Fitness is a traditional “work out” that’s done to a high energy rock soundtrack with moves that incorporate a rock attitude.
Q: What type of “work out” is it?
A: We focus on cardio (fat burning) and resistance (muscle building/strengthening) exercises.
Q: How many calories will I burn?
A: Individuals can burn up to 500 calories in a one hour session!
Q: What can I expect in class?
A: A full on sweat fest with signature moves like “The Townsend”, “Skank”, “Pogo”, and “Rush the Stage” to name a few.
Q: Is it a dance class?
A: No. It’s a group fitness class...similar to a traditional “boot camp”.
Q: What do I wear?
A: Comfortable garments built for sweating and good quality, fitness footwear. (no Converse or fashion sneakers)
Q: What do I bring?
A: Water bottle, resistance band, jump rope, and a yoga mat and/or a towel.
Q: How much is it?
A: Just $10 per pre registered session. Other boot camps are $20 or more per workout! RnR Fitness is half the price for twice the workout! (RnR drop in price is $15)
Q: Where are the classes?
A: There are 2 weekly options, Tuesdays East end: Leslieville (1112 Dundas St. East at Logan) at 6:30 p.m. and Wednesdays West end: Amsterdam Brewery, 21 Bathurst St. at 7:30 p.m.
Q: How do I register?
A: All classes are first come, first serve. Rerserve your spot through email at rory@rocknroarfitness.com Pre-registration receives priority.
Q: How fit do I have to be to participate?
A: Class is great for all fitness levels! Options are offered throughout the class from absolute beginner, to the extremely fit.
Q: Who comes to the class?
A: Those who are too busy to commit to gym membership, but still want to be fit. Folks who don’t like the gym atmosphere. People who want a kick ass work out, to a head bangin’ soundtrack.
